As Makyol Construction, we believe that quality is a process that constantly develops, rather than a target to be achieved. In this context, as a leader corporation in its sector with respect to quality and technology, observing productivity, profitability and competition, our objective is to provide our clients with the best service and benefit as the best solution partner, to ensure continuance of client satisfaction and to constantly improve our Quality System.
To achieve this, we undertake as the Supreme Management to comply with the following principles:
- In line with contemporary operating and management approaches, to continuously measure the quality of the service that we provide and the targets that we put, and thus ensure improvement,
- With the consciousness of quality input and service utilization, to consider our suppliers and subcontractors as a part of our quality system,
- With the consciousness that the way to satisfying our clients passes from the satisfaction and happiness of our employees, to promote the motivation and contribution of our employees through continuous training and development in line with human-oriented management understanding,
- To take part in projects those are productive in economic terms and that comply with social liability within the construction sector,
- To regard our quality system as a whole and implement it in all projects that we carry out, and instill this consciousness in our employees.
